Award Winning Daily PEP Program

All children at Pambula participate in a daily fitness program four mornings a week. We find this is a great way to start the day. Activities include skipping, running, aerobics and an endurance circuit. The children participate in their house groups which brings together all ages from Kindy to year 6, supporting the family atmosphere of the school.

Houses

McKell (RED) - Named after Sir William John McKell GCMG, 1891 - 1985, Australian politician, Premier of New South Wales and a Governor-General of Australia. McKell was born in Pambula, the son of a butcher.

Bass (BLUE) - Named after George Bass, the first European explorer to see the Pambula area, who sailed up the Pambula River on 18 December 1797 to shelter from a storm.

Imlay (Green) - Named after the Imlay Brothers, pioneers and landowners in the area, who were probably the first European settlers. They established their head station on the banks of the Pambula River in the 1830s.

Jiguma (Yellow) -
