The Pambual Public School P&C has for many years taken great pride in its reputation of being a strong, reliable part of our children's school community. Outstanding group and individual efforts have helped us to achieve amazing results. These include staging of some very successful events and fundraising projects, but most of all in providing both financially and physically to our school community.

Every year is a challenge as we try to build on the success of previous years with many of our fundraisers and work towards strengthening the partnership between the P&C and the school.

Meetings

We meet on the second Tuesday of the month at 6.30pm in the school Administration building in the staff room. Our meetings are friendly, provide a positive atmosphere for discussion and everyone is welcome to attend.

P&C Committee

Fundraising

Family and friends participate in the following fund raising activities:

• School canteen
• Fashion parades
• Sausage sizzles
• Annual major fundraiser Bushdance
• Chocolate sales
• Raffles
• Cake stalls
• Hiring of equipment
  

Parents, grandparents etc are encouraged to be involved and support these activities wherever possible. Check the Calendar for upcoming events.

Projects

Funds raised go towards providing additional facilities and resources for the school and supporting school activities. Examples of P&C funded projects include:

• Extension of the school hall
• Building of storage shed to house school equipment
• Building of rain shelters, including the Covered Outdoor Learning Area (COLA)
• Landscaping of school grounds
• Purchase of readers and other educational materials
• Purchasing Interactive Whiteboards for all classrooms

Newsletters

P&C Newsletters are published throughout the year to promote various fundraising activities and give notice of meetings and agenda items.
